Colorado Christmas
December 29, 2007
I hadn’t seen snow like that in years. 25 hours of travelling to see it made it that much better. I just wish I had the time to really enjoy it.
Delays made the trip to Denver exhausting but that didn’t slow me down. An hour after I got to Joanna’s house, I was off to Babies R’ Us with Joanna’s mom to pick up a carriage and some baby clothes for Jean, Joanna’s sister. When we got back, we did some quick wrapping and packed up the vehicles to head over to Jean’s house for her baby shower.
We basically relaxed the entire weekend and then on Sunday night, Jean came over and with Joanna’s helpful arm holding the flash, we took a few shots of her pregnant self. Because we got home late from doing some last minute Christmas shopping, we were unable to do a full photoshoot but we were able to take a few of Jean and her husband Paul on Christmas day before I flew back to DC.
